A TRIBUTE to a lifetime artist, teacher, father and friend; his artwork, his art program, and legacy.

A MECHANISM for up and coming artists and youth art programs; art education and awareness for the general public; opportunities for enhancement and development of the arts across communities.

AN ARCHIVE of Chuck's artwork from first experiences as a youth, through his college training, to the water colors that dominated his collection and finally the pen and inks of an all but forgotten era in Johnson County history.
